I had a conversation with another agent recently that really made me stop and think.

We were talking about the support they have,or don’t have, from their broker and other agents in their office when they need help with showings, contracts, questions, or just navigating something they haven’t encountered before.

I was honestly surprised when they told me they didn’t realize their broker or other experienced agents could be there to help with things like covering a showing when they aren’t available, answering contract questions, or simply being a resource when they need a second opinion.

And it made me realize something…

Not every brokerage operates the way I thought they did.

A client asked me today, “What are your hours?”

They needed to meet after work to write an offer, so I explained that when it comes to my clients, my “hours” are really whatever hours you need them to be.❤️

7 days a week. Early mornings. Evenings. After work. Whenever life allows you to make one of the biggest decisions you’ll ever make.

They were surprised by my answer, and honestly, I get that reaction more often than I would expect.

But here’s the thing…
