🏡 Homey Tip from Bonnie Marlow, Cisco Realty 🏡

Meatballs are one of my favorite go-to dinners because they can be flavored so many different ways! Tonight’s version is Mexican-inspired meatballs served with a chipotle fire-roasted tomato sauce. 🌶️🍅

If you’re making homemade meatballs, remember not to overmix the meat mixture. Overmixing can make them tough, while a gentle mix helps keep them tender and delicious.

Short on time? Frozen meatballs can absolutely save the day. Sometimes convenience wins! 😊

One of my favorite kitchen tricks is using an ice cream scoop to portion the meatballs. Uniform size means they cook evenly and consistently every time.

For easy cleanup, I bake mine in the oven on a sheet pan lined with aluminum foil and sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Less mess, more time to enjoy dinner!
