This client came to us with a vision for expanding their existing driveway to create more room for parking. They provided us with a drawing of exactly what they had in mind, and we brought that vision to life!

We started by removing a tree stump and its surrounding roots, then prepared the area for the new concrete. From there, we poured a new concrete parking pad that seamlessly adds additional space onto the existing driveway.

Another project completed with a clean finish and, most importantly, more usable space for the homeowner!

We recently had a client reach out to us after hiring another contractor to install a floor drain in their garage. They had concerns about the functionality and overall end result and after taking a look, they decided to have us step in and finish the project the right way.

We compromised with the questionable setup and installed a proper floor channel drain designed to efficiently collect and move water out of the garage.

From there, we installed a 4 foot deep French drain system leading into a river rock drainage area with a daylight, giving the water a reliable path into the ground to drain

The goal was to make sure the drainage system actually functioned the way it should.

This project came with a major grade challenge. We needed to bring the existing grade down significantly to create the proper elevation for a new concrete pad.

To make it work, we used large boulders supplied by the customer to build a natural rock retaining wall, allowing us to safely hold back the surrounding grade and create the space needed for the new slab.

Once the grade and retaining wall were completed, we poured the new concrete pad and added sidewalks connecting the wood deck to the new slab, as well as connecting over to the additional concrete pad being prepared for the customer’s future pool.

From major grade changes and retaining walls to concrete and walkways, we brought everything together to create a functional and finished outdoor space.

This project was all about making the space more functional, accessible, and enjoyable for the homeowner.

We started by digging out beneath the existing deck and installing a new retaining wall to properly hold the grade along the side of the deck. From there, we worked around the existing layout, keeping the current paver walkway and adding concrete on both sides to create a clean, functional under deck patio area.

To finish everything off, we:
• Freshened up the existing mulch beds
• Installed a crushed concrete pathway for easy lawn mower access
• Added crushed concrete around the existing fire pit area
• Cleaned up and tied everything together for a finished look

This project definitely put the equipment and craftsmanship to work!

We had to carefully cut into the existing hillside to create the space needed for a new set of concrete steps, complete with a landing at the bottom.

Once the steps were completed, we finished the project by strategically placing large boulders along the hillside, following the natural grade to help tie everything together and create a clean, finished look.

This one was more than just replacing a retaining wall — it was about making the whole area look like it belonged there from the start. 👌

We tore out the old rock-face foundation block and replaced it with a clean, straight-faced retaining wall, giving the area a completely refreshed look.

But we didn’t stop at the corner. We continued the new wall and matched the existing block style and color of the existing retaining wall for a seamless transition. 🧱

💧 Drainage was a major part of the project as well. We installed drain tile behind the wall and incorporated flush-mount drains directly into the wall, keeping water management tucked away while still doing its job.

Clean lines. Proper drainage. Matched materials. Built with purpose.

✅ Custom stamped concrete patio beneath the deck
✅ New sidewalk connecting the deck stairs to the front yard
✅ Retaining walls installed on both sides of the home to safely raise the grade
✅ Integrated retaining wall steps for easy access between elevations
✅ Drain tile installed behind both retaining walls for long-term drainage and stability
