I was born and raised in St. My favorite breakfast is the Cajun at the Uptowner Café, I learned

to swim at Oxford Community Center, I met my husband on Grand Ave, and now we’re raising our family four miles from the home I grew up in. Today, our two kids keep us on our toes, and our cats graciously allow us to share their home. If we’re not home, you’ll find us up north at the lake—fishing, swimming, and laughing a lot.

Are you looking for the medallion?
When I was a kid my grampa used to take me all over St. Paul looking for it. We had a blast.
I wonder how anyone can find it tho, these clues have me clueless.

1. 1/18: Welcome King Boreas, your swag so notorious
It’s part of the mythic lore
No need for sulkin we’re back with Vulcan
In time for seven score

2. 1/19: For this hunt sublime a commemorative rhyme
Cheers the coming anniversary
A third of its history a writer of mystery
Has spun clues using sorcery

It's a Christmas tradition 😝

Twin Cities Market Update — Dec 1, 2025

Here’s what’s happening in our local housing market right now:

Market Meter: 2.75
This means we’re in a soft seller’s market. Homes are still selling, but buyers have a bit more breathing room than earlier this year.

Inventory: +0.4%
There are slightly more homes for sale than this time last year. More choices for buyers, but not enough to change the market in a big way.

Days on Market: 39.6
The average home takes about 40 days to sell. This is normal for our area right now.

Mortgage Rates: About 6.3%
Rates went up a tiny bit this week. Even with small bumps, buyers are still active and writing offers.

Sellers:
Homes are still moving, prices are holding strong, and serious buyers are out there. If you’re thinking about selling in the next 3-6 months, let’s start planning now.

Want the numbers for your neighborhood?
Send me your ZIP code and I’m happy to pull it for you.

The market is stable and predictable for sellers: homes are still selling at or near full price, fewer buyers need help with closing costs, and most offers follow similar financing patterns. Competition isn’t extreme, but demand is steady enough that well-priced homes can expect solid offers.
