Your has been busy once again. Spent the past 1.5 months (150+ hours) working on this gem just off of Innsbruck on the Fridley/New Brighton border.

Not all homes are in need of significant updates, and this was one of them. Home was remodeled a few years ago & just needed a refresh with wall repair, paint, lighting, hardware, etc. Additionally, I installed baseboard trim & casing in 2nd bedroom to match the primary completed previously. I fixed the things in need of fixing & personally cleaned top to bottom to make it shine.

Special shout out to Super Stager Heather Sobczak Kregness for once again adding spice to the home, J Fuerst for their photography & HSA Home Warranty for both Seller & Buyer protection.

January numbers are in. Inventory, Sales Price & Days on Market are UP. Closed Sales are down.

When thinking of those that will be selling a home, there will be MORE competition thus your home has to stand out. I firmly believe a home that is clean, refreshed where necessary & move-in ready, will draw more interest, possibly more offers = more money, than a comparable home that is lacking in these details.

And for those that know and can confirm, I simply do not tell you what to do or provide a name or number to others that can help UNLESS it is above my skillset OR we are short on time. I will roll up my sleeves and work alongside you until the home is as perfect as can be.

As the weather warms, the spring market heats up. It is never too early to start planning for a future sale. Reach out when needed for I always appreciate the chance to lend a hand.
