Thank you to everyone who joined us in person and virtually for our annual meeting! We loved sharing the progress we’ve made over the past year. This is an especially exciting moment for MIC as we move closer to making our first property purchase a reality. We’re looking for additional board members to help us achieve our mission of investing in and strengthening our community.

Paid parking is available in the Spruce Tree Ramp. Free parking is available across Spruce Tree Drive in the Bethlehem Lutheran parking lot (they allow neighbors to park there on weekday evenings).

The Midway Investment Cooperative (MIC) is a real estate investment cooperative based in the Hamline Midway neighborhood in St. Paul, MN. We're a group of dedicated residents who have banded together to invest in the Hamline Midway neighborhood.
