After three years of work, study and debate, the St. Paul City Council voted 4-3 in favor of an ordinance that would allow for more multifamily homes to be built where only single-family homes were previously permitted.

Finally CLOSED on this lot in Hamline-Midway, Saint Paul. We can finally get this affordable housing project started. We are looking forward to getting a new homeowner in this affordable housing project and on their way to stable housing and generational wealth.

Super excited to announce - Outlaw Development was recently approved for $2.6 million in ARPA funding to go towards two deeply affordable housing projects in Saint Paul. Our team has been working hard to figure out solutions to help provide affordable housing options for the local community members including both rental and ownership opportunities. We are honored and excited to be partnering with Ramsey County and City of Saint Paul to complete our 2023-2024 projects. We are planning to begin this Fall 2023 and complete projects next Summer 2024. Stay tuned for more details and updates! .outlaw

It brings us great pleasure to announce that Outlaw Development has been selected as the finalist to be awarded developer rights of two properties in Saint Paul: 231 Front and 695 Cook.

Outlaw Development was selected amongst 19 other applicants through the Inspiring Communities RFP #7. “As an emerging developer of color and entrepreneur, I am so proud to have this opportunity and I am grateful for my team, family and partner for putting all the work this far.
