That's a wrap on RMUC.26! Angie, Troy, Susan, and Connie are heading home with new ideas, fresh perspectives, and plenty to share with Team MCMC. And apparently, a few new dance moves! 💃😂

From learning about new Rent Manager features to connecting with others in the industry, this week has been full of opportunities to learn, grow, and find better ways of doing what we do.

Now comes the fun part (well, one of them 😉): bringing those ideas home, sharing what we've learned, and putting it all into practice.

At MCMC, Always Improving and Enjoyment are two of our core values, and this week was a pretty good reminder that they can go hand in hand.

We're heading home inspired, grateful, and maybe just a little sore from the dance floor. ❤️🪩

💡 Different perspectives. Shared ideas. Better ways of working.

One of the best parts of RMUC.26 is the opportunity to learn from people who approach property management from different angles.

Our MCMC team is exploring new ideas across Rent Manager administration, operations, marketing, finance, and company leadership — and thinking about how those ideas can translate into meaningful improvements back home.

Sometimes the biggest takeaway isn't a new feature. It's hearing how someone else approaches a challenge and realizing there might be a better way to do something we've done for years.

Today, Connie represented MCMC as a panelist on the Power User Panel at RMUC.26!

After eight years of working with Rent Manager, Connie has plenty of real-world experience to bring to the conversation, from finding new ways to use existing features to identifying opportunities to improve everyday processes.
