At a home inspection in Hugo yesterday, I measured the temperature of the hot water at 177 degrees, the hottest I've ever found. The recommended water temperature is between 120 and 125.

Joe provided the best home inspection I've ever seen! As a real estate investor, there are few things as important as a good inspector who can point out all the things you need to be aware of and make sure you know what you're getting into. His inspection was the most thorough I've ever had - he even had drone pictures of the roof and 360 deg photos of every room! This proved to be very helpful in the time of covid and having limited opportunities to return to the house to look for things. The photos have even been helpful to reference when working with designers and architects to remember what the layout and roof line was like. He spent plenty of time reviewing his findings and made sure to answer any questions I had. I can't recommend Joe and Paladin enough and will be sure to use him for my next purchases!
