Hope Breakfast Bar in St. Paul is dangerous. You go in for pancakes and leave with a blueberry cocktail and zero regrets. 😍

The food is creative, colorful, and honestly hard to choose from: fluffy pancakes with powdered sugar, loaded breakfast tacos, egg sandwiches that have no business being this good, and a cocktail menu that makes 11 AM feel perfectly acceptable.
