25% of my transactions are out of state clients, buyers and sellers. If you would have told me 10 years ago this would be a norm, I would have thought you were crazy.
Technology has allowed us to simplify this process.

Congratulations and welcome to Minnesota! 🎉
So grateful this family has relocated to our area.
Everything in this transaction was done virtually. In my experience, this is becoming much more common; however, you need the right team of people to make that happen.
We have acquired an amazing Commercial Insurance agency. They are doing big things!
Cannot wait to see how their journey unfolds and so excited to be along for the ride. 🤗

The progress on this development has blown me away! Today we were given the opportunity to walk through the old Ford plant site now called Highlend Bridge in Saint Paul.
Over 100 acres are being repurposed to deliver housing and community amenities.
Some of the details we learned today include:
320 Pulte Row homes starting at $500k
300 Presbyterian Homes senior living units
A large water feature that can be used for kayaking and canoeing in the warmer months and ice-skating in the winter
Multiple parks and paths for families,bikes and dogs
20 single family home sites (as of now)
And so much more!
I am beyond excited for this.
The fences are set to come down in the spring which is when they anticipate the first residents being able to take occupancy.
This is a billion dollar project that has been a long time coming. 💚🤍💙
