Premier Housing Management and Development is proud to announce the completion of the official closing for The Warren Apartments, a new 60-unit affordable housing development located at 3120 Washburn Avenue North in Minneapolis.
The Warren Apartments represent a key investment in North Minneapolis, offering high-quality, affordable homes for individuals and families in need of stable, long-term housing. The development will include a mix of one-, two-, three- and four- bedroom units, designed to serve a broad range of household sizes and income levels.
“We are thrilled to start construction on The Warren Apartments and continue our mission of expanding access to affordable, dignified housing in the Twin Cities,” said Catherine Hage, Executive Vice President of Premier Housing Management and Development. “This project is more than bricks and mortar—it’s about creating opportunity, strengthening community, and providing the foundation for residents to thrive.”
The development is supported through a combination of national, local, and state funding sources, and aligns with the City of Minneapolis’ strategic goals to address the affordable housing crisis and invest in historically underserved neighborhoods.

He has a proven track record of managing diverse portfolios to financial and regulatory success and has a demonstrated knack for turning troubled properties into high performing assets. Under his direction, the two large property management operations he ran served over 10,000 units of cooperatives, apartments, townhomes of family and senior affordable housing, market-rate communities, communities serving persons with disabilities, as well as assisted living communities.
