Unfortunately, tomorrow’s Cops & Coffee event has been cancelled due to UMPD staffing and training obligations.

This was the final scheduled event in the series before our summer pause, but we hope to bring back Cops & Coffee and other events with UMPD soon — stay tuned!

We had a great time on Sunday at the Community Breakfast with Turkish American Society of Minnesota ! It was a full house with delicious food, wonderful company, and an inspiring talk from Maya about the power of community support. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make it such a special morning.

This was the final Community Breakfast of the semester, but we’re hoping to return again in September—stay tuned!

The office will be closed on CTC’s Office will be closed Monday, May 25, in observance of Memorial Day.

Reminder that residents can self-administer Visitor Parking Permits as needed via their RentCafe account.

If you experience a maintenance emergency (water leak, smell of gas/smoke, etc.), please call 651-646-7526 and follow the prompts for our 24/7 on-call maintenance to receive immediate support during and after-hours. Thank you!

Join UMPD's Free Bike Safety Camp at CTC!

We're excited to partner with the University of Minnesota Department of Public Safety for a Bike Safety Camp at CTC!
- Date: Wednesday, August 12, 2026
- Time: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Location: CTC Sport Courts (Near Ward 8, south of Fifield Place and the Community Center)

Open to ages 5+ (kids must be with an adult). Learn biking skills, etiquette, and safety from UMPD experts. Dinner provided. Bring your bike and helmet!

We’re excited to share that our Monthly Food & Hygiene Donation Drive is continuing at CTC!

Thanks to resident volunteer Natalia, we’ll be collecting shelf-stable food and essential hygiene items to support neighbors in need. Donations go to Nourish MN, a St. Paul organization providing dignified, client-choice access to fresh food and pantry staples.
