From our very first time walking through the townhome together several years ago for a prep plan- which you went above and beyond in (gaining you 8 offers in only 3 days of market time & netting an additional 25K over list), to knowing what you wanted and going after it with opportune-nearing clandestine timing on the new place (and being down to trust me for a round of ‘let’s make a deal’ negotiations), to getting an extra few days extended move out to leaving your old place with vacuum lines & sweet notes to the buyer. Pure magic!

I am SO proud of you for going after what you want in life with this move— it takes gusto to go for it and calm the mind while trusting the unknowns to work in our favor in a big change sometimes, and I am honored to have earned your trust- not just as your niece, but also as your trusted advisor- to play a part in the making it happen!
