That’s Kim.
Help me welcome Kim Halgren to the GDP Homes family! She’s exactly the kind of person you want in your corner when you’re making one of the biggest decisions of your life.
Kim spent 30 years in education teaching Geography in Texas, working with student-athletes at the University of Minnesota, teaching special education in California, with a brief stop in Japan along the way. She’s lived everywhere. And after all that wanderlust, she came back home to Elk River.
That perspective? It’s rare. She genuinely understands what it means to search for a place that actually feels like home, because she’s done it herself.
After Kim retired from teaching she didn’t slow down for a second. That same energy she brought to students for three decades is now going toward helping people buy and sell homes in the north metro and beyond.
If you’re in the Elk River area or anywhere up that way and you need someone in your corner… Kim’s your person.
