~~ In 1971, a cement truck crashed near Winganon, Oklahoma. The mixer was too heavy to move so they left it. The locals have since repainted it to look like a NASA space capsule.

This is downsizing at its finest. Quality finishes and much thought into function. Only issue I have is changing the sheets! Have to haul the mattress out and climb on it!

Basements. The home you live in or purchase may have one like this one. Bleak, dark and not inviting. See what can be done in this type of space. It's amazing. Keep in mind the one thing you cannot change - the ceiling height. If you have to duck, maybe leave it be.
