Sean “Diddy” Combs' properties have been raided by federal agents.
"Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners. We will provide further information as it becomes available," a Homeland Security Investigations representative said in a statement to PEOPLE.
These actions come amid s*x trafficking allegations in two lawsuits.
On Monday afternoon, TMZ reported that federal cops arrived at the rapper's L.A. home, with helicopters above the property.
A video from FOX11 showed Diddy's sons Justin Combs, 30, and Christian 'King' Combs, 25, in handcuffs outside of their Beverly Hills home.
Representatives for Combs, 54, and the LAPD did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment on Monday.
“We will always support law enforcement when it seeks to prosecute those that have violated the law. Hopefully, this is the beginning of a process that will hold Mr. Combs responsible for his depraved conduct," Douglas Wigdor, attorney for Cassie and Jane Doe — who each previously filed lawsuits against Diddy — told PEOPLE in a statement.

In the past several months five people have accused Combs of s*xual assault and similar allegations. Most recently, on Feb. 27 Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, a former producer and videographer for Combs, filed a lawsuit in New York federal court alleging that for more than a year, Combs s*xually harassed, drugged and threatened him. He is seeking $30 million in damages.
In December 2023, Jane Doe was the fourth person to accuse Combs of s*xual assault, also accusing him of s*x trafficking and gang r**e as well. In November, Combs was accused of s*xual assault by a third woman, Joi Dickerson-Neal, in a lawsuit filed in New York County Supreme Court. In documents obtained by PEOPLE, another Jane Doe, who has since revealed herself as Liza Gardner, alleged that Combs and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall took turns ra**ng her and a friend in New York City more than 30 years ago.
Additionally, Diddy and Casandra “Cassie” Ventura reached a settlement just one day after the singer filed a lawsuit against him for allegations of r**e, s*x trafficking and domestic violence in November.

Combs issued a blanket denial of all allegations against him in a statement to PEOPLE in December.
“ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy," he said.
The mogul added, "Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.”
