Huge congratulations to my buyers, newly crowned Minnesotans in White Bear Lake, and my sellers saying goodbye their childhood home in Maple Grove. These houses were bubbling with memories, loving care, and smart updates - and their new owners are walking into something great!

Well, knotty pine is certainly the theme of this series of posts. If I had a basement bar, I'd shoot for an old school tropical resort energy - palm leaf wallpaper, pink bar stools, and something shiny and glam.

Check out this cutie couple, chilling in a basement bar in a fantastic tutor in Falcon Heights. It seems G&Ts are trending among my clients. It's their drink of choice. Since blackberries are delicious these days, let me suggest some muddled berries at the bottom of your next drink. Garnish with rosemary, and off you go!
