A happy ending for a house that has meant a lot to its owners.

This Como Park gem sold in multiple offers and over asking, and I couldn’t be happier for my sellers as they move into their next chapter.

And the best part? I also had the joy of helping them find and purchase their new home nearby. There’s something pretty special about helping clients navigate both sides of a move and seeing them land somewhere that feels just right for what comes next.

My sweet client closed on the sale of her home for more than a half century this week. It was truly a family affair, with her youngest leading the charge and all of her kids pitching in along the way.
