It’s a make your own sunshine kind of Wednesday!
Just an FYI for all dog owners here at the Lofts - property management has been providing green pet cleanup bags that are available on the sign post in the green area behind the garage building. I will make sure the new property manager is aware of and continues this program. These are intended for use by all dog owning residents of Schurmeier Lofts so if you didnt know- now you know!
(My Corgi Cooper’s preferred “spot” is just behind the garage so it’s very convenient)

Happy Tuesday everyone!
Just heard that we’re getting a new property manager as Alec is no longer with Level 10-
New property manager is supposed to start today or tomorrow and is named Amanda-
If you’re waiting for a response form Alec - know that you most likely have to re-submit whatever you had sent to him. Just an FYI-

Welcome to the Schurmeier Lofts residents page!
This space is intended as a community information vehicle for any and all items about the property we live in. I recently realized we as residents had no way to communcate and share information about things like utilities,security, garbage, parking, gas grills, etc. that we may all be facing. I am only the administrator of this page and am not affiliated in any way with Level 10 management. Let’s use this forum to share and better our living experiences here at the lofts.
