Congratulations to Diane on the sale of her charming Mac Grove home! She took the plunge end of last year and purchased in the Inver Grove area to gain: a larger lot size, pond views, and a bit more space. It has been a wonderful week of celebration within our Coldwell Banker family! Last Thursday we attended the company wide awards night at IMS where we were honored to be ranked within the company's Top 50 or "President's Club," ranking in at 28th place. 🎉 We were also awarded the President's Circle Elite designation. This was a huge accomplishment, and can be attributed to the continued support and referrals from our family, friends, and clients like you.

We also celebrated Tom's major milestone of 20 YEARS in the business! He has seen many accomplishments in those years, and worn many hats - from Realtor representing buyers and sellers, investor, remodeler, developer, and landlord, to name a few.

It is truly is a joy to be able to support and work within the community where we ourselves live. We look forward to another year of helping buyers and sellers, as well as opportunities in new construction and development.
