Never a dull moment here in the sunshine state. About 20 years ago I made the move from snow to sand and sea here in Tampa Bay. The first 2 years (at least) felt like vacation, even with a full-time job. It was definitely the right move for me. The sunshine and salt air continue to make me happy even during my busiest days - and there is always fun and beach days to be had!😎

As a girl from the Midwest, I know what it’s like to be up to my ears in snow. In the winter, we would wake up in the dark, and at the end of the day go home in the dark. I moved to Florida 20 years ago. The first 2 years (at least) felt like l was on vacation, even though I was working full time, still in corporate marketing. And even though as a Tampa Bay Realtor I still work a lot, there’s most always sunshine to lift the spirit, a fabulous beach nearby, and friendly people to share the day. Love this Florida life. ❤️

Happy Labor Day! And goodness, how is it already September? This summer is flying by! Thank you to all of my family, friends, and clients for keeping me very busy in 2026.
