Now is your chance to get away for YOUR ISLAND EXPERIENCE during those cold, snowy months! We would enjoy helping you with your winter get away plans. Want to get away for a short holiday weekend? Holiday weekends are now available for 4 day minimum rental at $136.80/night (includes tax) + $75.00 one time cleaning fee. We do require a $250 refundable deposit that will be refunded to you if no damage occurs during your stay. Our condominium complex is located on Blind Pass Rd in St Pete Beach. It is just a short walk to Sunset Beach on the Gulf of Mexico and some very nice restaurants. One restaurant is Caddy's on the Beach, known for its wonderful food and live island style music! The condo is a 1 bedroom and 1 bath unit. It has a newly remodeled kitchen and we just finished redecorating the entire unit. There are tile floors throughout. No smoking allowed in the condo as well as no parties and no pets. The sofa makes into a full size bed. We have cable and internet. Each unit has it's assigned parking. There is a trolley that stops right across the street that will take you as far north as Clearwater Beach and south to Pass-A-Grill for shopping and sightseeing along the gulf coastline so there is no 'absolute' need for a rental car. The full size kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and baking needs with complete place settings for 4 people. There are linens and beach towels along with beach chairs and an umbrella for your use. There is a coin operated laundry room on site. The unit is located on the second floor of the complex. Last, but not least, there is a heated swimming pool on site. REGULAR season rates $1400/month & HIGH season (30 day minimum rental) rates JANUARY, FEBRUARY & MARCH $2600/month. These rates include 13% tax & an end of stay cleaning fee. WEEKLY rate (April-December) is $695 which includes 13% tax & a cleaning fee. We do require a $250 deposit that is refundable if no damage occurs during your stay. Yes, it is truly a beautiful condo and location. Definitely "Island Style Living'!!!!
