🏠 Habitat for Humanity of St. Charles County — Help build homes and stronger communities.

🥫 Oasis Food Pantry — Volunteer your time to help provide food to local families.

🐾 Marcy's Project — Help provide food, clothing, hygiene products and other necessities to local families.

🐶 City of St. Charles Animal Control Services — Give your time to help animals in need.

🐕 7 More Cats Rescue — Help a local, volunteer-run animal rescue.

🍎 Kids Against Hunger - St. Peters — Pack meals and help fight hunger locally and around the world.

❤️ Sts. Joachim and Ann Care Service — Support local families facing food, housing and other challenges.

🌳 St. Charles County Parks — Volunteer with park projects, events and educational programs.

🥫 St. Louis Area Foodbank — Volunteer at the food bank, distribution events or a local partner pantry.

🎉🏡 CONGRATULATIONS, AMY DONATO & HER FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYERS! 🏡🎉

Amy met these two adorable first-time buyers at an open house—and the rest is history! 🙌

She brought in an amazing lender, Tom Lubiewski, who came out to the open house and took the time to walk them through the entire lending process. Amy then BLEW THEM AWAY with her buyer consultation, guided them every step of the way, and… VOILÀ! UNDER CONTRACT! 🎉🔑

And get this… these buyers are 19 & 20 YEARS OLD! 😍👏

Talk about being proactive, educated, and ready to make a HUGE move! Kudos to them for taking the leap into homeownership at such a young age! 👏🏠

📦 Take advantage of vertical space with tall shelving

🚪 Add hooks to the backs of doors
🧹 Declutter items you no longer use or need
🏷️ Label everything so you can actually find it later!
