Attention all owners:

By now you should have received an email and also a postal mailing in regards to the OMNI Management/Westward 360 merger.

To quickly summarize:

No matter how you previously paid your HOA fees you must make certain modifications now to ensure you May payment is processed correctly.

If you previously were signed up with ACH (autopayment) directly through OMNI Management where the payment was automatically deducted on the 5th of the month from your account you must login to the new portal with the information that was emailed out on Friday to create a new account and sign up for autopay again. Your previous autopayment selection will not carry over.

If you go through your own personal bank and were having a check mailed to the payment lock box you must log into your online banking account and edit the mailing address of where to send the monthly payment. Please do this ASAP so that your May HOA payment is directed the correct PO BOX. This information was emailed on 4/28 and postal mailed as well. If you prefer you could also take this opportunity to sign up for autopay directly through the management company on the portal. The payment would be automatically deducted on the 3rd of every month. IF you decide to do this please make sure you permanently cancel any monthly payments you previously had sent up with your bank.

Currently there is no option to pay the roof special assessment online. As a reminder the special assessment is due September 1st of this year for anyone who was the owner of record of a property as of January 1st, 2025. If you would like to pay with a paper check please send a private message to this page and a board member can pickup check from you and will personally drop it off at the management office on your behalf.

Weather forecasters are alerting to the strong possibility of very severe storms occurring this evening, Sunday March 15th. There is a possibility of destructive winds.

Please see the reminders below of steps that should be taken to help reduce the risk of damage to property:

When going in and out of doors, please ensure that the doors close and latch properly. If the strong wind catches the door, it has the potential to damage the door and the hinges.

If you live in a unit that has a common hallway door, hold onto it tightly when opening to prevent the wind from gaining control of the door.

Any items that you have stored outside of your unit on patios or decks have the potential to become projectiles in winds this severe and could cause significant damage. Before the storm arrives, please bring inside any flowerpots, patio furniture or any other items currently being stored outside. Even if they are small objects that would not cause significant damage if they were blowing in the wind, please bring them indoors to prevent them from being lost and/or causing debris in the community.

After the storms, if you see any damage within the community, such as damaged siding, damaged downspouts or downed tree limbs, please send an email to [email protected] to make a report or notify this page via a private message.

With Independence Day coming up on July 4, you might see fireworks stands popping up around the area, but we would like to remind residents that it is illegal to shoot off fireworks within the City limits of St. Peters. This is due to a long-standing ordinance that was voted in by the Board of Aldermen in 1961.

Not only are fireworks illegal within the City of St. Peters, but it is also against Association rules to discharge any fireworks on the St. Peters Condo’s property. Per the Association’s Rules, any unit owner, tenant or guest who is observed doing this will have the cost of repairs/clean-up charged to the offending unit owner’s account.

Thank you

Also, please be aware that trash pickup service may be impacted as well and dumpsters could possibly be full to capacity sooner than normal.
