‼️The Market Is Shifting ‼️

Here is pretty much what is happening:

Higher interest rate = less buyers

Less buyers = less offers

Less offers leads to speculation and panic amongst those who have been holding off on selling and don’t wanna miss out on the sellers market.

Hence why me, and several people I know in the market, are talking with wayyyyyyy more people right now about what their home is worth, getting it prepped, and getting the marketing strategy together. (In other words LOTS of homes getting ready to hit the market for SALE) 🏡 🏡 🏡

With interest rates seeing no decline in the near future, we should see even MORE homes for sale in the area over the next 2-3 months, without a significant spike in buyers to follow it.

That’s just my opinion based on the numbers. 🤓 Don’t panic. This is actually bringing us a healthier, more balanced and sustainable market. However, if you’re thinking of selling, don’t miss the bus.
