We're in the midst of the strangest market I've ever been apart of. Showing volume is down roughly 40% on average, while prices are still up in most markets, some listings are still selling quick, while most are undergoing several price cuts before seeing a contract, and the amount of fear I've seen is unlike anything I've seen since 2020. Just two weeks ago, we had a buyer walk out the day of closing and forfeit her deposit on one of our listings.

While the news spreads doom and gloom, we are still advising our client's with facts, and today Carpenter Realty Group is fortunate to add another agent who is ready to serve to our roster. Michelle Ann joins us as our second dual licensed agent from New York.
