✅️ Building 4: currently being painted on the exterior and is moving into the final interior finish stage.

✅️ Building 3: also receiving exterior paint with most of the interior paint completed.

✅️ Building 2: roof system completed and the demising walls are currently being completed.

✅️ Building 5: interior paint and stucco work is being completed.

‼️ MOTOCAVE CONSTRUCTION UPDATE ‼️

The Clubhouse roof has been completed with TPO and the windows and storefront glass have been installed. The interior is being framed out now, prepping for drywall. Building 4 has entered interior final finish stage. Building 3's demising walls have been completed and framing out of the bathrooms has commenced. Building 2 has all of the roof planks installed with the windows actively being installed. Building 5 is actively seeing the TPO roof covering install, all windows have been installed and framing the demising walls has commenced. The Detail Bay walls for the equipment room have been completed and the metal skin is on site and ready for install. The perimeter concrete block walls are in active construction phase with the western portions completed.

Construction continues to be on pace!
