I had an unbelievably bad experience with an Etsy purchase at Christmas time of last year. A gift I purchased in November did not show up until the first week of January. Thinking it was just a one-off issue. I turned to Etsy again to get a personalized item for a closing. I just received an email 10 days past the date I was supposed to receive it letting me know that they were changing warehouses and I wouldn't get it for another two more weeks.
There is nobody that holds these people accountable at Etsy. So as one real estate agent to another... I highly recommend not turning to Etsy for closing items. Unfortunately anybody who's selling anything on Etsy - It's people like this that are going to hurt your business.
