📊 Florida Market Update — March 2026

The Florida housing market has shifted. Smart buyers and sellers are paying attention.

According to a recent Realtor.com® housing report, and Nick’s analysis, Florida homeowners have seen average home values decline about 15% over the past 18 months, with condo values down roughly 30% in many markets.

At the same time, inventory has expanded and more listings are sitting on the market longer, which means the negotiating environment has changed dramatically.

Here’s what that means right now:
