For the Stellar MLS Florida coverage area, notable statistics state that:

* New Listings have decreased month over month but increased year over year, while Active Listings inventory levels have increased slightly from the previous month and are up 54% compared to last year.

* The number of units sold remained unchanged from the previous month and is up by 2% year over year. Inventory increased by 54% for the same time frame.

* Total Sales Volume decreased by 5% month over month and increased 3% year over year.

* Average Days on Market have decreased month over month and are up 38% compared to the previous year.
