There’s nothing quite like when a longtime friend says, “Help! I think it’s time I get a place of my own.” ❤️🏡

We talked about it on and off for a couple of years. No pressure. No rush. Just conversations about what “someday” might look like.

And then one day, someday became now.

A sweet condo with a peaceful preserve view, no rear neighbors, and even a spot for this talented artist to create her own little studio. 🎨 It just felt like her.

Helping people buy and sell homes is what we do every day, but when the person you’re handing the keys to is a friend, it feels a little extra special.

Congratulations, my friend. You officially have a pad of your own! ❤️

We did a thing!

Mom and Dad's Florida home has always been just two blocks from me and Ernie, which already felt easy and close.

When an opportunity came along... they decided it was simply too good to pass up.

This winter, they'll be spending their Florida days literally right next door!

Sometimes making a move isn't about needing more space, a different view, or a new address. Sometimes it's simply about choosing to be a little closer to the people you love. ❤️
