Selling a flood damaged property has a lot of challenges. Being a neighbor and going through the flooding myself, I really felt for this Seller. This house was sold for land value and will be torn down. Shore Acres is changing at a rapid pace. Out with 1950 - 1960's ranches and in with modern raised homes.
