One of my favorite success stories yet.

Becca and Max casually house hunted for years before finally deciding it was time to make the move - and I’m so glad we waited. Three years ago, they’d have settled for 3 bedrooms. Today? That extra space was a must.

We saw almost every house in their range and criteria. Came close a few times, even wrote an offer on one. Then this house showed up.

They were set on staying south of 30th Ave N - turns out the perfect home was just north of that line. Timing was perfect, sellers were lovely, and everything about this one just made sense.

So happy to watch Becca and Max start their best chapter yet 🥂
