ITS CLOSING DAY!!!

➡️ There are so many things I like to include in my “closing day guide” that I think are so important to help keep my buyers organized!

1. Loan & Insurance contact information + details. If you have a question about your loan in the first few months or insurance rates, issues - who can you call?

2. What immediate next steps you need to do after closing. Change the locks, change the air filter, setup an HVAC service plan, update your address with the postal service, credit cards etc. (just a few examples!)

3. Local businesses you might love! I think it’s so important to shop local and support our community. I always like to include some of my favorite shops and restaurants that I think you’d enjoy!

4. Trusted vendors! SO important to find good, trustworthy vendors. I include a list of companies and people that I’ve personally worked with, so that you can feel confident with them, too.

5. Maintenance items - what did your agent negotiate for you that has already been done? (+ blank pages for future maintenance)

6. Age and type of appliances (could be especially helpful if you have a home warranty).

7. Paint colors the previous seller used, or that you plan to use. It’s so helpful to keep track of this information, and what dates you painted the space.
