Real Estate Investors and Agents!!

The new FinCEN reporting requirements are now currently PAUSED due to a Federal court in Texas agreeing with the Plaintiffs that FinCEN exceeded its mandate under the Bank Secrecy Act.

What does that mean for you?

At least for now, you won’t have to pay FinCEN report filing fees to your title company.

The ruling is likely to be appealed, so stay tuned for updates as this works its way through the higher courts.
