What can I say after 5 years, and 3 transactions with these lifelong friends? Greg and Jessica continue to trust me to help them with such major decisions in their life.

“We” bought their first home in Tampa five years ago, sold it a few years later, and now have, hopefully, found their forever home in Pinellas County.

I have known Greg since St Pete High, and Jessica for 20+ years. They are indeed great clients but most importantly, great FRIENDS.

We have been through this particular journey since January, and finally found the perfect place, closing today. I continue to learn something new when thrown curveballs, but we did it!
