Alyssa and I are hosting an intimate evening of Yoga + Sound among the plants at Gulf Orchids in Gulfport. We’ll spend 75 minutes moving, breathing, slowing down and settling into sound together.

No yoga experience is needed—just come exactly as you are. 🌿
