William Frank Surgeon III
Originally from Medina, Ohio, William moved to the Sunshine State after attending the University of Akron where he majored in Marketing. William became enamored with the hospitality, gorgeous scenery and most of all the one of a kind culture Florida has to offer. It didn’t take long for him to settle in and call the Sunshine State home. What he loves most about St Pete is that by day you can be in your sandals on Sunset Beach and by night enjoy a martini in Downtown St Pete at the Canopy Rooftop Lounge. As a life-long animal lover and proud supporter of ADI (Animal Defenders International) and The National Elephant Center in Fellsmere, Florida, William is committed to the safety and well being of all animals. He and his partner have three beautiful dogs Sky (Alaskan Malamute), Star (German Shepherd) and Aspen (Weimaraner). They are frequent visitors of the North Shore Dog Park and Ft Desoto Dog Beach. Throughout his career, William has experienced tremendous success in various leadership roles and prides himself on his ability to forge long-lasting relationships with those he has mentored and developed over the years. While experiencing tremendous success as an Executive leader for large corporations, William had the opportunity to connect with those he led and assist them with achieving their American dream. It was connections such as those which inspired William to follow his dream of helping others with one of the most memorable and important decisions in their life, home ownership. William has the privilege of merging his talents from the Executive world with his passion for real estate and design. He believes strong values, ethics and communication are critical when building relationships with his clients and is the reason why he is a trusted partner with one of the largest purchases we will make in our lifetime.
