This was just about the last commercial property (currently) on the market in St. Petersburg for under $400,000. That inventory has been selling extremely quickly this year. I’ve been working with a handful of business owners looking to buy a property for their business in the “mid-under-a-million” price range lately, and each week their selection gets smaller. It’s a bit too early to share the details, but check back soon to learn what’s coming to Central Ave! I sent the listing for this 3,088 sq ft office duplex to my client the morning it was posted, and a day later we were touring it in person. In a growing, in-demand market like St. Petersburg and the Tampa Bay region, it’s critical that you’re working with an agent who’s keeping a close eye on the inventory. Otherwise, the perfect property for your business could come and go without you even knowing it was for sale. The new owner will only be using half of the space, the other half will be listed for lease once the due diligence period is concluded.

Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority’s ferry service resumes soon!

Getting this property sold required significant diligence and patience. While there was significant demand from buyers, local zoning ordinances and parking minimums specific to the planned development meant that the buyers and seller, along with the county, needed to work closely together to ensure that the new owner could use the building as they intended to.
