Congrats to Viki and Saleh on the purchase of your Shore Acres house! They went under contract sight unseen and are planning to do a complete remodel. I wish I could say all transactions go as smooth as butter, but this one was a challenge. Viki flew in town from California for closing day only for us to find out the Seller would need to extend for two more weeks and change title companies. About a week into the extension it was apparent the second title company wasn’t performing as well. Luckily, with a lot of patience and persistence from Viki, her daughter Ginger, and myself calling and emailing daily this last week, we were able to close. Every real estate sale is different. Sometimes you’ll encounter speed bumps, but if you have a Realtor who works hard and cares, you’ll get the house you want. Who you work with matters.
