Congratulations to my seller and this buyer on your closing in Bayway Isles! This was a personal connection to me, as I watched the blood, sweat, and tears (literally), that went into completely renovating this home over the course of a couple years. It began just replacing the floors and fresh paint, but one project led to another and eventually turned into gutting the kitchen and opening up the entire floor plan leading to this magnificent design. Not easy for my 75 year old dad, but he got it done! After a timely price improvement, this wonderful buyer walked into my open house a few weeks ago, and he knew right away it was the home for him. I represented the seller, but I am grateful for this getting to know the buyer along the way. From the first showing, to inspections, to final walkthrough, to the closing table, we made it through to closing 2 weeks early! Nowadays, in real estate, buying and selling is more difficult than ever, but this buyer was very trusting and extremely fair through the process. It felt like we were all a team and working toward the same goals. Thank you to my incredible seller, ( who closed with a notary in Boca Grande while at a fishing tournament), for allowing me to help you with the sale of this beautiful home - I sure will miss the open kitchen and spacious yard!
