He wanted to be away from people and well hidden with a limited budget. 😂🏡 He stressed how much he hated people and didn't want to be around them. I couldn't violate the Fair Housing Act, so I did my best for him. He was constantly grumpy and pushy, but we got it done.

I grew up in a small town in Moore County, North Carolina called West End… but I usually say Pinehurst because most people don’t know where that is.
All I ever wanted to be was a professional wrestler. I got the chance, trained, and learned real quick that ring ain’t soft. I wrestled on the independent circuit and even got a call in 2004 to try out for WWE Tough Enough. I quit my job, trained hard… then three days before it started, I was told they were going in a different direction. I was crushed.
So I switched paths. I did a ride along with a police officer, saw a guy take off running on a traffic stop, and thought… “this is the coolest thing ever.” I dropped out of college and became a police officer.
Later, I tried to buy a home myself… and felt completely lost. The agent was hard to reach, my questions weren’t getting answered, and I didn’t understand the process. I walked away from the deal.
I got into real estate because I never wanted someone else to feel the way I did—lost, confused, and on their own.
Now, I help out-of-state buyers move to the Triangle and confidently buy the right home, even if they can’t be here in person. I stay available, I answer questions, and I make sure you’re never guessing.
