At The Tenpenny Collection, our mission is to be the leaders of professionalism, knowledge, and service in the real estate community. This isn't just our theory; it is what we practice and teach. To do so, we host a book club for our agents quarterly.

Currently, we are reading "Be Our Guest" by the Disney Institute. It's a book about what world-class service actually looks like in practice, not just in theory.
In this week's chapter, we dove into "The Magic of Service" and asked the hard questions about the service we provide. We discussed techniques to improve our service and strategies for understanding our clients' needs at a higher level. Most importantly, we talked about our purpose, not our job description, but the reason we do the work we do.

Our broker shared hers this week. It's the answer that shaped why this brokerage exists in the first place.
We believe luxury is a level of service, not a price point. Continuing education is how we make sure we're actually delivering on that, one chapter, one question, one client at a time.

Thanks to our generous St. Pete community, we collected just over 100 items for Sanderlin students, again!

From organizing and packing every last supply to dropping it all off at the school, her kids were excited and eager to lend a hand every step of the way, proud to know their work was helping other kids start the year off right.
