How much cash do you REALLY need to buy a home? 💰🏡

It’s one of the first questions buyers ask and the answer is about more than just the down payment.

There may also be closing costs, inspections, appraisal expenses, insurance, escrow requirements, and other costs associated with your purchase.

And here's the part I really want buyers to think about:

How much money will you have left AFTER you close?
