SOLD! Well this one was a doozy 🙃 Not all transactions are created equal. Sometimes banks complicate things, sometimes title companies complicate things, sometimes it’s the buyers, the sellers, the agents or all the above lol. Trying to get away for a long weekend with the family…….since 7:30 this morning I have been working. Managing inspections, making an offer, getting a home under contract, managing showings, and extensions. This is an incredible career that is very rewarding but if anyone thinks it’s a breeze or simply glamorous you are WRONG! It’s spending countless hours where you could be in the sun, with your family, or sleeping lol…../.but we WORK!

Thank goodness for deals like this. To say it’s been crazy lately is an understatement. My sellers were listed another realtor in which it didn’t work out. They then did their research and interviewed 4 other agents along with myself before ultimately choosing me. All other agents told my seller to LIST it for substantially less than what we SOLD for.
