change linens/ make beds
sweep & mop
dust
vacuum
mirrors
dishes (including unloading and reloading the dishwasher)
wiping off kitchen counters
inside of microwave
laundry
bathrooms to include inside and out of toilets shower/tub
Will NOT clean up pet messes including no litterboxes! No job too big or too small
other duties by request
bi-weekly/monthly and one time options including move in and out available!!

I’m looking to partner with a local property owner or investor on a showcase transformation through Pristine Paradise.

Maybe you just purchased an investment property. Maybe you have a vacation rental that works but doesn’t stand out. Maybe you’re preparing to sell, rent or reposition a home and know it could be so much more — you just don’t know what to do with it.

That’s the part I love.

I want to take one property from “it’s fine” to something intentional, memorable and marketable — developing the overall concept, color direction, functional flow, furnishings, finishes, styling and the little details that make people stop scrolling.

This does not have to mean a massive gut renovation.

The property owner provides the property and approved project budget. Pristine Paradise provides the creative direction and design, sourcing and styling, while collaborating with talented local small businesses and trades to bring the vision to life.

The goal could be resale, long-term rental, Airbnb/VRBO, a second home or simply elevating an existing property.

I’m intentionally looking for a project I can take from concept → transformation → final reveal, document professionally and use as a Pristine Paradise showcase project.

Interior design doesn’t have to mean expensive furniture, construction crews, or an HGTV-sized budget. ✨

Sometimes the biggest transformation comes from simply rethinking what you already have — better organization, improved furniture flow, a fresh color palette, repurposing pieces, defining an awkward space, or finally giving a room a purpose.

That’s what Pristine Paradise Property Elevation is about: seeing the potential in your home and pulling the whole vision together so it feels intentional, functional and elevated.

One quick clarification on “painting” in the graphic: I handle the paint color and finish selections and make sure they coordinate with the overall design. I’m not personally coming in with the rollers 😂 — when professional painting is needed, I have someone I trust and recommend to handle the actual work.

You don’t always need a renovation. Sometimes you just need a different set of eyes. 👀✨
