Episode 5: Happy Ending to report! The Sellers were able to get out of the corporate housing with the twin boys and dogs and into a beautiful new build their uproot to NC.

St Pete real estate keeps me on my toes, and I love that part. Never the same day twice. I learned a FHA lesson on this home and to leave painting to the professionals.

It’s always the same advice to my downsizing and uprooting home sellers here in St Pete. Be firm on where you wanna go. Don’t fall in love with an actual house so much as what it will would take to get you there.
