Rainy day showings ☔️ We got soaked but found lots of treasures today! ✨
• A 1940s cutie where the original contractor wrote his name in tile on the porch step.
• A 1918 bby with *the tallest* ceilings 😍 (I’m 5’1 for reference 😅)
• The largest cactus I’ve seen in my life! 🌵💗
• A mid-century mod with the original push button range and built in stove 🤩 @ Tampa, Florida

We had a late night last night, putting this cutie under contract just before 11 PM. 🌝 With brand new floors, a new kitchen with wood cabinets and granite, new windows and a new roof, so many boxes were checked. And the porch and lush plant life in the backyard had us all 😍🌿 So excited for my buyers as we move into the inspection period! 🏠💙

I will make sure it arrives safely.” Today I brought in the first piece of furniture in her new home, and I have to say—it was the best feeling being able to not only help her purchase her dream home, but also keep her mind at ease while she’s not here locally. 😌
