Terrific topping-off event at the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sarasota Bay this evening. We had about 45 buyers in attendance, with catering by Ocean Prime.

It was great seeing Andrew Haddad, whom I sold with back in 2006 at Pulte Homes Sarasota—now with Compass Realty Sarasota.
