🏡 JUST SOLD | Town Shores of Gulfport 🎉

This is a good reminder that some of my favorite transactions aren't necessarily the biggest ones — they're the ones that help someone move into the next chapter of life.

My buyers were ready to downsize from their single-family home, but they weren't ready to leave Gulfport. Town Shores gave them the opportunity to simplify while staying in the community they already know and love.

This waterfront 55+ community offers four heated pools, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, bocce, a clubhouse, marina and kayak access — all just minutes from downtown Gulfport and the waterfront.

And we were able to find a pretty incredible opportunity.

Originally listed at $155,000, my buyers purchased this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo for $132,000.

Town Shores has gone through a changing market over the last couple of years, particularly following the 2024 hurricanes and the flooding that affected portions of the community. That's created some interesting opportunities for buyers willing to do their homework and understand the individual building, association and property they're purchasing.

For my buyers, it meant being able to downsize, stay right here in Gulfport, and make a move that made sense for the next stage of their lives.

Whether it's $132,000 or $1.32 million, the goal is the same: find the right property, understand the opportunity, negotiate the best deal we can, and make sure it actually works for the people buying it.

🏡 JUST SOLD | Safety Harbor 🔑

A little late on this one because my buyer was ready to get the keys, move in, and start making this place his own!

After searching throughout Tampa Bay, we found the right fit in Safety Harbor — an updated home with a huge yard, plenty of backyard space, and a screened-in pool that still leaves tons of room to enjoy the property.

This one came to me through a referral from a good friend in Ocala, and I’m really grateful I had the opportunity to help. My buyer was looking for a place where he could settle down and truly make it home, and I think we found exactly that.
