Buyers hoping for market crash so they can get a home at a bargain, will most likely be disappointed.
What's different now comparing to 2008 is that high prices are fueled by low inventory, low interest rates & many buyers wanting to relocate. Buyers have money to put down & lending rules are a lot stricter.

Frustrated homebuyers remember the last housing crisis and think it’s going to happen again as prices keep going higher and higher – but they’ll likely be disappointed.
